Welcome to China Pack. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the China Pack mobile application and related services (collectively, the "Service") operated by Dabouk Trading (Lebanese Commercial Register No. 2239100), based in Lebanon ("we", "us", or "China Pack"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
China Pack is a cross-border e-commerce platform that allows users in Lebanon and Syria to browse, order, and receive products sourced from Chinese marketplaces (including 1688 and partner suppliers). We act as an intermediary that handles sourcing, consolidation, shipping from China, customs clearance, and last-mile delivery.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or place orders. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
You may browse products without an account, but you must create one to place orders. You agree to:
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, contain false information, or are used for fraudulent purposes.
Prices. All prices are displayed in U.S. dollars (USD) and include a service fee. Shipping is calculated separately based on weight, volume, and chosen shipping method. Prices may change without notice.
Order acceptance. Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion (for example, suspected fraud, supplier stock-out, or shipping restrictions).
Payment. Payment is taken in full, in United States dollars, at the time you place the order. The price shown before you confirm is the total payable: product cost, our service fee, shipping from China to Lebanon, and the payment processing fee are each itemised at checkout. We do not offer cash on delivery, credit or instalments. Payments are processed by Whish Money on their own PCI-compliant hosted page; we never see or store full card details.
Order changes and cancellations. Orders may be cancelled before the supplier ships from China. Once items have shipped to Lebanon, cancellation may not be possible. Contact us via WhatsApp to request a cancellation.
Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and depend on supplier processing time, sea/air freight schedules, customs clearance, and last-mile logistics. Typical end-to-end timelines are 10–15 days by air, 15–20 days by the Hong Kong air route, and 45–60 days by sea. We will provide tracking updates via push notifications and email at each stage (Order Confirmed → Arrived at Guangzhou Warehouse → Shipped to Lebanon → In Lebanon / Out for Delivery → Delivered).
The shipping fee paid at checkout includes export clearance from China, international freight, Lebanese import clearance, customs duty and VAT. No customs charge, duty or tax is collected from you on arrival. Local delivery inside Lebanon is a separate small fee paid on arrival, quoted before dispatch, and is waived if you choose to collect from our warehouse. If an order is assessed by the authorities as a commercial import, or attracts an exceptional charge outside standard duty and VAT, we will contact you before proceeding and you may cancel for a full refund. Because China Pack operates as a sourcing intermediary, the standard supplier return policy applies. We will assist you in good faith to resolve issues including:
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery, with photos and a written description of the issue. Refunds, when approved, are issued to the original payment method or as store credit at our discretion.

The China Pack app, including its design, logo, brand name, source code, and content created by China Pack, is the exclusive property of Dabouk Trading and is protected by Lebanese and international intellectual-property law. Product images and descriptions originating from third-party marketplaces (e.g., 1688) remain the property of their respective suppliers and are displayed under fair use for the purpose of facilitating commerce. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute the Service without our prior written permission.
The Service relies on third-party providers including payment processors (Whish Money), cloud hosting (Railway), database services (MongoDB Atlas), email delivery (Brevo), image hosting (ImageKit), maps (Google Maps), and product-data APIs (Elim, OTAPI). Their use is governed by their own terms; we are not responsible for outages or policy changes by these providers, though we will make commercially reasonable efforts to maintain service continuity.
Product information on the Service — including titles, descriptions, specifications, images, availability, weight and volume estimates, and prices — originates in large part from third-party marketplaces and is translated automatically. Despite our efforts it may contain errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, and may change without notice. We reserve the right to correct any error, inaccuracy, or omission, and to cancel or amend an order (including after it has been submitted) where the information relating to it was incorrect — for example where a product was listed at an incorrect price or is no longer available from the supplier. Where an order is cancelled for this reason after payment, we refund the amount paid in full. Shipping weight and volume shown before dispatch are estimates; the final chargeable figure is confirmed when the goods are measured at our warehouse.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that it is free of viruses or other harmful components. Goods sold through the Service are manufactured and supplied by third parties; except where Lebanese consumer law provides otherwise, any manufacturer warranty is the responsibility of that manufacturer or supplier rather than of China Pack. No advice or information obtained from us creates any warranty not expressly stated in these Terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by Lebanese law, China Pack (Dabouk Trading) and its officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, or use — arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any single order shall not exceed the amount you paid for that specific order.
The products available through the App are manufactured by independent third-party suppliers located in China. The Company does not manufacture the products and does not provide any independent guarantee regarding their quality. Minor, non-material variations in colour, packaging, finish or appearance may occur and shall not constitute non-conformity, provided that the delivered product materially corresponds to its description and images. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Company shall not be liable for quality issues or damage attributable exclusively to the manufacturer. Nothing in this clause excludes or limits liability for unsafe, defective or materially non-conforming products, misleading descriptions, negligence, personal injury, or any consumer right or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
You agree to indemnify and hold China Pack, its parent company (Dabouk Trading), and its representatives harmless from any claim, demand, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of (i) your breach of these Terms, (ii) your violation of any law or third-party right, or (iii) your misuse of the Service.
You may delete your account at any time from within the app (Profile → Delete Account) or by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately, but provisions that by their nature should survive (e.g., intellectual property, limitation of liability, dispute resolution) will continue to apply.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Lebanese Republic, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. You agree to attempt in good faith to resolve any dispute with us informally by contacting support@chinapackint.com before initiating any formal proceeding. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally shall be brought before the competent courts of Beirut, Lebanon, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the app (e.g., a banner or in-app notification) or via email at least 7 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
We are not liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations where that failure or delay results from causes beyond our reasonable control. These include, without limitation: acts of God, natural disasters, fire, flood or severe weather; war, invasion, armed conflict, civil unrest, terrorism or acts of foreign enemies; strikes, lockouts or other industrial action; epidemics or pandemics and related governmental measures; failure of public or private telecommunications or power networks; port congestion, customs delays, border or airspace closures, embargoes, sanctions, or changes in import or export law; carrier or supplier failure; currency controls or banking restrictions; and any act, restriction or regulation of any government or public authority. Where such an event delays an order we will notify you and resume as soon as reasonably practicable; where it prevents performance entirely, either party may cancel the affected order and we refund amounts paid for goods not delivered.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and China Pack regarding the Service and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
