China Pack is a cross-border e-commerce and package-forwarding service operated by Dabouk Trading, a sole proprietorship registered in Lebanon under Commercial Register No. 2239100. We are based in Halat, Jbeil, Lebanon, and we operate a consolidation warehouse in Guangzhou, China.
We let customers in Lebanon buy physical consumer goods from Chinese online marketplaces and receive them at home. We are the merchant of record for every order placed through our app and website: the customer pays us a single all-inclusive price, and we handle everything behind it.
General consumer merchandise: clothing and footwear, consumer electronics and accessories, home and garden goods, beauty products, toys and baby items, hand tools, and similar everyday categories. We do not sell weapons, adult products, medicines, dietary supplements, tobacco, alcohol, or any item restricted under Lebanese customs law.
Payment for the goods and for international shipping is taken in full, in United States dollars, at the time the order is placed. There is no credit and no instalment facility. The price shown before the customer confirms is the total payable for the goods delivered into Lebanon — product cost, our service fee, shipping from China including customs duty and VAT, and the payment processing fee are all itemised at checkout. The only amount not paid at checkout is the local delivery fee inside Lebanon, which is paid on arrival and is waived entirely if the customer collects from our Chouayfet warehouse.
