Shipping Policy

1. Shipping costs

International shipping is charged separately, calculated at checkout, and paid in full at the time of purchase. It appears as its own line ("Shipping to Lebanon") in the order summary before you confirm. It covers the goods all the way from the supplier in China to our warehouse in Lebanon, including customs duty and VAT.

Local delivery inside Lebanon is separate and is paid on arrival. It is a small fee that depends on your address, quoted to you before dispatch. Choose warehouse collection at checkout and there is no delivery fee at all — you collect from our Chouayfet warehouse free of charge.

The fee depends on the shipping method you choose and on the packed size of your order:

How chargeable weight and volume are worked out

• We start from the supplier's declared packed weight and packed dimensions for each item, and multiply by the quantity ordered.
• An allowance is added for outer packaging and consolidation.
• Air freight is billed on the greater of actual weight and volumetric weight (volume in cubic metres × 167), which is the standard air-cargo convention for bulky, light goods. Sea freight is billed on volume only.
• Minimum billable amounts apply per order line: 0.1 kg for air, 0.001 CBM for sea.

The estimated packed weight and volume of any item are shown on its product page before you add it to your cart, together with the air and sea cost for that item, so the figure is visible well before checkout. Rates above are current at the date of this page and may be updated; the rate applied to your order is the one displayed at the moment you pay.

2. Processing and delivery time

Orders are placed with the Chinese supplier within 1–3 business days of payment. Estimated total time from payment to delivery in Lebanon:

These are estimates, not guarantees. Actual timing depends on supplier processing, freight schedules, customs clearance and last-mile logistics, and can be affected by events outside our control.

3. Shipping method and tracking

Goods move from the supplier to our consolidation warehouse in Guangzhou, then to Lebanon by consolidated air or sea freight, then by our own delivery to your address, or collection from our Chouayfet warehouse if you choose pickup. Order status is visible in the app at every stage, from supplier purchase through to delivery, and each order carries its own order code.

4. Customs, duties and taxes

Included. The shipping fee you pay at checkout covers export clearance from China, international freight, Lebanese import clearance, customs duty and VAT. No customs charge, duty or tax is ever collected from you on arrival — we have already paid it. The only amount payable on arrival is the local delivery fee described in section 1, and only if you chose home delivery rather than warehouse collection.

This applies to normal consumer goods within personal-use quantities. Should an order be assessed by the authorities as a commercial import, or attract an exceptional charge outside standard duty and VAT, we will contact you before proceeding and you may cancel for a full refund.

5. Delivery issues

• If delivery fails because the address or phone number given was wrong or incomplete, a re-delivery may be arranged and a re-delivery fee may apply.
• If we cannot reach you after three attempts, your order is held at our Chouayfet warehouse for 30 days for collection.
• Once an order has been dispatched from China, shipping fees are non-refundable, except where the goods are lost in transit or the order is cancelled by us.
• Goods lost or damaged in transit are covered under our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
