To request deletion of your China Pack account and all associated data, please contact us via one of the methods below:

How to Request Account Deletion

• WhatsApp: Send a message to +961 70 839 011 with the subject "Delete My Account"
• Email: Send an email to support@chinapackint.com with the subject "Delete My Account"

Please include the email address associated with your account in your request.

What Gets Deleted

• Your account profile (name, email, phone number, address)
• Your order history
• Your saved cart items

Timeline

Account deletion requests are processed within 7 business days. You will receive a confirmation once your account has been deleted.
